1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags attached.
Non-returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Items that are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Prepare the Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and tags.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the returned items are delivered to us.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that the shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for items that are returned in less-than-perfect condition, such as missing packaging or slight damage. We reserve the right to adjust the refund based on the condition of the item.
4. Exchanges
